Overview:
SERVPRO of Fort Walton Beach is seeking a motivated, results-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a full-service restoration and construction company, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate updates, addressing customer inquiries, handling after-hour calls (on a rotating basis with the customer service team), and performing various administrative tasks to support our operations. You will join a team of dedicated customer service professionals, all working together to deliver top-notch service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by handling inquiries, updates, and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist with after-hour calls on a rotating basis, ensuring customers' needs are addressed promptly.
Manage customer communications via phone, email, and text, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
Perform administrative duties to support restoration and construction projects.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and project-related tasks as needed.
Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and customer expectations are consistently met.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service, administrative roles, or a similar environment is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with office software and technology (experience with CRM or job management software is a plus).
Availability to handle after-hour calls on a rotating basis as part of the role.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong customer service focus.
A results-oriented approach, with a commitment to meeting and exceeding customer needs and operational goals.
